GraduAID Return Policy

At GraduAID, we want you to be thrilled with your custom graduation stole. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with our customer-friendly refund policy.

Custom Design Mock-up Guarantee

For all custom orders, we’ll provide a design mock-up of your stole before production. If you’re not satisfied with the mock-up, simply let us know, and we’ll either make adjustments or issue a 100% refund, no questions asked.

After Receiving Your Stole

If you've received your stole and aren't satisfied, you have 2 days from the delivery date to request a refund. We will review your request, and if your product qualifies, we’ll issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
